| Micabren
Acres consists of two facilities nestled in the heart of St. Croix
County, Wisconsin, just 30 minutes east of the Twin Cities. Facility One—Micabren Acres North is a 40 acre site consisting of a 72 'x 180' heated indoor arena, two 125' x 240' outdoor arenas (one of them lighted), and numerous paddocks. Over 100 horse stalls are located in several barns on the property. Adjacent to Micabren Acres North is Riding Meadows, a planned Equine Community presently a 27 acre community with 17 homes which will eventually expand to 550 acres and nearly 300 homes. This facility is located 6 miles north of Interstate 94 off Exit 10. Services provided include training, fitting, boarding, team penning and other game events. Micabren is home to some of the country's best Appaloosa Horses that are bred for outstanding performance in a multitude of disciplines. Micabren Acres is currently standing 5 studs and has horses for sale at all times of various ages and disciplines. Facility Two—Micabren Acres South is a brand new facility that is scheduled for completion in the Fall of 2006. A state of the art show training and boarding facility open year round, just one mile north of Interstate 94 at Exit 10, Micabren Acres South and the adjacent horse community will be a vital part of the surrounding development, Pine Knoll Estates. This development will include many parks, a new middle school, 20 miles of horse trails, walking paths around numerous man-made ponds, and wooded areas. This community (designed by the renowned Mark Putnam), will begin in the summer of 2006 and upon completion in 2012, will consist of over 390 homes. It's a dream come true for horse lovers and owners, and those looking for a true COMMUNITY to call home, located within a 30-minute commute to Saint Paul. |
